eDonkey2000 v1.4.6 Pro + Unlimited/No Scripts patch by BetaMaster + Plugin Pack 1.01a with updated HOSTS

1) Run edonkey1.4.6.exe to install
and select Ad Supported Mode during installation
2) Make sure eDonkey is NOT running before performing the following.
3) Run patch XP-NT-2K3.bat if you're running Windows NT/XP/2003 or
Run patch 9x-ME.bat if you're running Windows 95/98/ME
4) Copy edonkey2000.exe to C:\Program Files\eDonkey2000
5) Run edopack101a.exe
6) When you run eDonkey2000 Pro

This package will give you:
- special pro edition without banners, and needs no registration at all,
which reminds me of the term "Enterprise".dah.
- unlimited upload/download ratios.
- ability to limit uploads to minimum (1).
- eDonkey Plug-in Pack 1.01a

Note: Ignore the warning screens about the eDoneky2000 network no longer
being available as this patch enables the functionality once again!
