Don't buy any 基金.
Cause they have their own rules[規則].
Those rules make them can't make any profit.
1. They must buy more than 100 stocks.
2. They must hold none of cash.
3. They must only buy hot stocks.

If you want to learn how to trade on stock market, you should learn the stock markets rules first, cause all companys must follow it.

Then, before you save enough money.
Used at least 1 or 2 years to read the books about investment.

I perfer this book must read, cause this is the book for personal trader like you and me.

For saving money is simple.
Keep Income > Expense.
Only use free money to investment.
And try not to borrow any things and money to do investment.
Then you should be safe and fine.

Right now I just follow the "low buy high sell" rule on stock market.
And using "Option" to get dividend money from my stock every week.
