regedit 是 win98 的東西....
win2k/xp 的 regedit 只是讓你看看 registry 而已, 沒有實際作用的....

不過注意一下RAM有沒有硬體或是相容性的錯誤也可以照曾這樣的問題= =
用MEMTEST86+測一下吧
