1. after licensing in windows xp 32 go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Autodesk\Software Licenses

and copy every file begining with the name "B492F000"

2. boot into x64 vista and paste them into C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Software Licenses

THIS ONE IS GUARANTEED TO WORK
