能想到可能對策：
1.更新DirectX，板號都是9.0c....但新的確實有多東西，PS2模擬器沒最新版不會動....
2.換驅動，ATI的驅動有名的糟糕....常修了舊問題跑出新問題，且舊卡(1950不算新了吧...)搭新版驅動不見得適合，不仿找幾個舊版的替換試試

他的應用軟體 Cxxxx 那個 不要裝
CCC is quite useful. It will speed up your games and you can also customize some game settings.
You also need it to scale your screen size + avivo ( 3:2 pulldown + color controls + edge/denoise ), if you expand your
monitor for HTPC setup.
I would really suggest you install CCC. It will be better for your HD3850.
