1. Eat on time, 8am-1pm-7pm, no more or less than 5 mins
2. Sleep on time, from 10pm to 7am, no more or less than 15 mins
3. Work enough, only use 30-70% of speed to work, no more or less than 5 %

我已經忘了有多少年......沒有因為這種感冒徵狀看醫生或吃藥了......
偶而還是會出現感冒徵狀....我不喜歡吃藥.....過幾天身體會自行恢復...
我有洗冷水澡的習慣..........不知這是不是有影響....發表人:
