請問dvd想燒錄成 vcd要用什麼軟體?如何使用?怎麼燒

1.如果不是原版的DVD(或是無防拷),很多程式都可用
    Nero,酒精,等等均可
2.如果是原版防拷,我都是先用DVD Decrypter
   這個程式複製至硬碟,
   再使用InterVideo DVDcopy這個程式
   燒錄至DVD光碟,這個程式可將DVD燒錄成
    DVD,VCD,SVCD,DIVX都可

You can try the DVD2SVCD.  You only need to load DVD from this program and setup some parameters such as subtitle, output formats (VCD, SVCD).  It will handle the conversion for you.  You can get the software here:
