Yes, you need to enable 關機前存檔到硬碟的選項.
I am also using 8G of ram.
I suggest you leave 3G ram for windows, 2G for eboostr, 2G for pagefile and 1G for temp + firefox cache.
1G for eboostr is not enough, and 4G for pagefile _ temp is way too much.
Try my setting and I think you will like it. 
P.S. Under my Vista, I have 2G of free ram + 2G of pagefile = 4G of free ram total.
It's totally enough to cover all the games + softwares. 2G of eboostr is about
the right value to do the disk cache, and 1G of temp is pretty much all you need.
