Yeap .. if u bios detected is 39.9gb, then this is not the problem of NTFS or FAT32. You can try this hardrive on another CPU. If u can get 60gb, then must be your bios setting error or ur motherboard not supported. If u stil get the same saiz from other motherboard, then this hardrive shld be send back to factory cos it not stable already . . may be u get another saiz later like 42gb or 50gb . . but u wont get the exact saiz already . . .

是的，如果你的BIOS只偵測到39.9GB，那這跟硬碟是NTFS或FAT32格式化法無關。你可以在別台電腦上試試看這顆硬碟。如果能偵測到60GB，那一定是你的BIOS設定錯誤或主機板(按：我比較喜歡叫媽媽板...XD)不支援。若別台電腦上仍只偵測出39.9GB，那請送原廠。你可能得到的是42GB或50GB之類的大小，但不能是剛好60GB....(按：恩...不然勒...)
