You know, I know and everyone knows 500 ~ 999 NTD for a LCD monitor is not
real. At least not for a working one. No wait, even a damaged one is worth more than
that. You can't blame DELL on that, it's just a common website mistake.
You, on the other hand, are the one who try to make a benefit out of it.
Blame yourself !

BTW, they have the right to cancel the order and refund your money.
This is so common, they can just say they don't have anything in stock or the product is discontinued.
