There is a tool call "ureschanger2", that will allows you change any resolutions you want,
even the game itself does not supported.

All you need to do is put those three files into your game folder
( the one with the main .exe ), then edit the resolution.ini.
( right click the resolution.ini -> edit ). Change the resolution
to 1400x900 and save the file. You can then play the game under 1400x900.
If you want to install and play another game, just copy those files to the new game
folder.

If you can play fine under 1400x900, this should fix your problem.

他的應用軟體 Cxxxx 那個不要裝

CCC is quite useful. It will speed up your games and you can also customize some game settings.
You also need it to scale your screen size + avivo ( 3:2 pulldown + color controls + edge/denoise ), if you expand your
monitor for HTPC setup.

I would really suggest you install CCC. It will be better for your HD3850.

Did you try to disable Catalyst A.I. ?
Sometimes disable it will fix the problem.

If not, you can always try the hotfix version of Catalyst Version.

Usually, hotfix version will be the most stable version overall.
( Also, the english version of CCC might be more stable than the cht one. )

You can also try the Control Panel Version. ( It use the old Control Panel instead of CCC ) --XP Only

Or ATI Tray tool with your current ATI Driver. <-- Highly recommended
( It's a tool allows you to control all the CCC setting without install CCC. )
